Audio Repair
DG Audio Repair is an
Authorized Service Center for all Kurzweil products. We also
provide some hard to find parts for some of the “vintage”
models like the K1000 and K2000.
We have been repairing Kurzweil equipment exclusively
since 1995. We have factory trained personnel on staff that
know all the common problems, this is the major reason we
can repair and service any Kurzweil products quickly. We are
also up to date on all the various bug fixes the Kurzweil
engineer’s have come up with since the production of any
given model. In some instances, your Kurzweil will sound
better than when you first brought it home.
DG Audio repair’s down to the component level which may
save you money on replacement parts. Some replacement boards
run around $1,000.00 vs. maybe $20.00 for a small
replacement part, plus labor. We can also update the
operating system to the latest version for any of your
Kurzweil product. (if repairs are going to exceed the
$200.00 mark due to excessive damage we will contact you to
discuss options before we reach the $200.00 mark)
We are familiar with all the various options and we will
advise you which ones will suit your needs and which ones
wouldn’t.
Repair charge $85.00 an hour, one hour minimum, and we
provide a limited 30-day warranty.
